The Vibe

Small groups and big encouragement. Expert coaching with a friendly, inclusive community, whether you’re running your first 5km, chasing a half marathon or dreaming of the Olympics.

About Perth Running Club

Perth Running Club has been coaching runners in Perth for more than 14 years. It now has over 850 active members across 20+ weekly locations. Unlike most of Perth’s free social run clubs, this is a coached club. Every session is structured to improve your technique, fitness and speed, using a safe approach suited to each age group.

Head coach Sarah Jamieson ran the 1500m at three Olympic Games and won a Commonwealth Games silver medal. She also has a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education and a Level 3 Athletics Australia coaching qualification. She is a mum of four kids who all love running too. Her focus is on developing athletes and building a lifelong love of running, whether you’re six or sixty.

Adult Running

The adult program offers small-group recreational running and gym sessions for all fitness levels. It suits you whether you’re running for fitness, for fun or to tick a race off your bucket list, from a first 5km to a half marathon. Sessions are inclusive and supportive, and the coaching is tailored to your level.
